Base prices are for up to 2 people in all units except #3 base price is for 4 people. Extra people are 10 per night per person up to the maximum people per unit. Pet is 15 first night and 10 each additional night up to maximum per pet is 65. The room tax is 9% on all. Check in is 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. (let us know if you need a late check in) and check out is by 11 A.M. If you leave your dishes dirty there is an automatic charge of $30 to your card. To make a reservation we will need: name of person making the reservation, name of person on credit card, billing address, phone number, credit card -name, expiration date-security code, and email address to send the confirmation. Cancellation for up to 2 units: You may cancel at no charge anytime up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days you will be charged the base rate and tax for 50% of your reservation. If you make the reservation within the 30 day you will have 24 hours to cancel at no charge, then you would be charged 50% if you cancel. If you make your reservation within 7 days of arrival you will be charged 50% if you cancel. Cancellation for over 2 units: You must pay 50% deposit within 2 weeks of making your reservation to hold it. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If you cancel within the 60 days there is no refund of base amount and tax. If you paid for extra people or pet that is refundable. If you make a group reservation within 60 days you have to pay the full amount for the base and tax for your stay. No refunds on money paid. Management has the right to change the prices anytime before a reservation is made. Management has the right to change items in units as needed. Guest making the reservation is responsible for the safety of all guest in the unit and visiting. All property is use at your own risk. Don't forget your basics like: spices, paper towels, coffee, etc. Stores are nearby to purchase the rest! Five minutes to small grocery and within 12 minuets to Safeway, Rays, Rite Aid, Wal-Mart. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. Limit Out Bait is in Clearlake Oaks for your bait needs. Let us know if you have questions.
